Due to the lack of recycling options and a resale market, most college students end up throwing out their used mattresses and foam toppers. These products are made from non-biodegradable synthetic foam and fibers and contain hazardous chemicals that can leach into drinking water. Furthermore, since they don't compact well, they take up a lot of space, further compounding the growing space crisis in landfills. Do yourself and the environment a favor and rent a bed today!
We will deliver most of the furniture a few days before the normal move-in days. You don't need to be on campus for us to deliver. We are working with the school.
If you're living off-campus, we will do everything we can to get you your bed the day you move in.
It stays exactly where it is. The roomie super topper converts the twin XL provided by the school into a full XL or 46-inch wide mattress.
You go online, reserve your bed, and then relax! We take care of the rest. Delivery, assembly, and pick up are all included.

If we deem the issue to be outside of normal wear and tear, we will ask you to replace the part that was broken at cost.

DutchDorm was founded by Connor Finn and Austin Dorsey, two student-athletes here at Union. We know how important sleep is to success on and off the field, however it is often hard to get a good night's sleep at school. With DutchDorm, we help the student improve their living situation by making their bed bigger and comfier, while keeping costs down.
Roomie Rentals, LLC, referred to as the RENTAL COMPANY, and you, referred to as the CUSTOMER, hereby agree:
The rented furniture, referred to as the BED, shall be used at the customer’s room and may not be moved to another location without the prior consent of the RENTAL COMPANY. It shall be a breach of the rental agreement for the CUSTOMER to move the BED from this location. The RENTAL COMPANY will deliver the BED to the CUSTOMERS residence at or near the start of the rental period free of charge. The CUSTOMER will have two (2) days to notify the RENTAL COMPANY via email that the BED is in unsatisfactory condition. If such notification is not received within two (2) days, the condition of the BED will be deemed satisfactory.
If, at the beginning of the rental period, the CUSTOMER decides he or she does not want to proceed with the rental, the RENTAL COMPANY will pick up the BED and issue a refund minus a 30 dollar fee.
At the conclusion of the rental period, the RENTAL COMPANY will pick up the BED free of charge. The CUSTOMER agrees to return the BED at the conclusion of the rental period in the same condition as when it was delivered.
In the unlikely event of a complete or partial destruction of the BED while under the use of the CUSTOMER, the CUSTOMER shall notify the RENTAL COMPANY via email immediately following the incident. The CUSTOMER shall pay the RENTAL COMPANY the cost to replace or repair the damaged piece(s). These costs shall be determined solely by the RENTAL COMPANY. Should the RENTAL COMPANY discover the BED to be in unsatisfactory condition at the conclusion of the rental period without having been previously notified by the CUSTOMER, the CUSTOMER will be charged an additional fee of $20. The CUSTOMER agrees to pay all assessed costs within two weeks of the conclusion of the rental period.
The RENTAL COMPANY is not liable for any injuries related to the BED.
Furthermore, the CUSTOMER agrees to keep all College-owned property in his/her room.
